I got the light and yeah, it works, but the brightness just isn’t what I was hoping for. I figured it would throw a decent amount of light, but it feels kind of weak, maybe even dimmer than the old one I was replacing. It might be alright for a small corner or little room, but for the area I needed it for, it just doesn’t cut it. Shipping was fine and all, I’m just not too impressed with the actual light output.

The stuff does look nice, but I’m not sure how to explain it, it just doesn’t feel like the quality matches the price. I expected a bit more for what I paid, so overall it didn’t really feel worth it to me.

The delivery was hit or miss. They said it would arrive on time, but one of my orders showed up late, so that promise didn’t exactly mean much. At least the tracking worked okay, which helped a bit, but I’d rather they just be upfront instead of making delivery estimates they can’t stick to.

My Hyperlite light started acting up after a few months, so I emailed them expecting the usual warranty headache that takes about a lifetime to sort out. But it was way easier than I thought. They just asked for a couple of photos and my order info, nothing annoying or over the top.
They got back to me quickly and sent out a replacement under warranty without any back-and-forth drama. No arguing, no hoops to jump through, no making me feel like I was begging for help. I’m genuinely happy with how they handled it and would definitely buy from them again.

I’ve noticed my energy use seems to be a little lower since switching to these, and the lights themselves are fine. Nothing really wowed me, but based on this one set, I’d say they’re probably a decent pick if you mostly care about saving some electricity.

The light does work, but the color temperature really doesn’t look like what was listed. I ordered warm white, and once it was on, it came across way cooler and harsher than I wanted. It gives the room that kind of empty, no-real-person-there feeling instead of the cozy look I was going for. Not the worst purchase, but definitely annoying for the space I needed it in.

I ordered from hi-hyperlite.com and, the shipping just gave me a bad feeling after a while because it was taking longer than I expected and the tracking barely updated. I kept checking it and sort of had to guess what was going on. The product was fine once it finally showed up, but the whole delivery experience felt slower than it needed to be.

My order showed up in a nice sturdy box with no dents or damage. Everything inside was wrapped up neatly and made it here safely. happy with how well it was packaged.

Customer service was okay, I guess. They took a while to get back to me, and when they did, it kind of felt like they were just trying to move me along instead of really listening. They did answer my question in the end, so it wasn’t terrible, but the whole experience could’ve been better

I ordered from hi-hyperlite.com and the order did go through in the end, so I can’t say it was a total mess. But using the site on my phone felt kind of clunky, and naturally I was the one who had to deal with a checkout reload right when I just wanted to be done. The confirmation email showed up fast though, so I guess it worked out. Not terrible, just not as smooth as I hoped.

The selection was okay overall, but I thought there would be more options. I stopped in while I had some time to kill before heading home, so maybe I was just in browsing mode, but it felt a little limited compared to what I had in mind

I’ve been using my Hyperlite gear for a while now, and it’s just still in really good shape. I’ve taken it on a few rough trips, and so far there are no tears or weird wear spots or anything like that. It feels solid without being heavy, which I really appreciate. Overall, I’m just happy with it.

I put one of these in my garage and I noticed right away there weren’t any weird dark spots like I had with my old setup. I’m the kind of person who checks corners and shadows out of habit, and this one pretty much lights up the whole space evenly. Definitely a nice upgrade.

I bought this thinking it would work with my shop light fixture, but the fit just wasn’t right. I spent way too much time trying to make it work, it wasn’t worth the hassle. The product itself looked fine, so this is more of a compatibility issue, but it definitely didn’t match what I expected. Customer service did get back to me, but in the end I still couldn’t use it. Save yourself some time and double-check your fixture before ordering

I had some trouble getting my board set up, and support got back to me quickly. Unlike a lot of companies where you just get a canned reply, they actually kept it simple and walked me through what to check. After that, it was working again. it was just nice dealing with someone who actually helped.

I got it set up really quickly and didn’t run into any issues. any frustration with this would be preventable if you just follow the instructions
